Kitchen Planning

R.I. Kitchen & Bath provides you with a complete solution for your remodeling project!

Getting Started

  1. A picture is worth a 1000 words, so, if you can, start a folder or scrapbook of notes, photos, and articles that can help you communicate to our designers just what look you want to achieve. If you are unsure, don't panic, that's what we're here for!
  2. It's always a good idea to talk to friends, family or anyone else that may use the space and ask them for their input, ideas and wish lists.
  3. Think about your budget and what really makes sense as an overall investment. Is this project just considered repairs that may be changed or updated in a year or so? or, is this an investment in your home that will last for years to come?
  4. If you would like, print and fill out our Kitchen Planning Guide. Having this information will make your first meeting more productive.
  5. Call us to make an appointment, or stop into our showroom. Bring your idea folder and the questionaire and your off to a great start!

Visiting Our Showroom

At our showroom we will...

  1. Give you a tour of some of the latest trends and styles. Our showroom displays are updated regularly so, if you've been here before, think about stopping by again!
  2. Discuss your project and product wish list and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Review and discuss your budget and investment requirements.
  4. Schedule an appointment to see your project first hand.

Visting Your Home

If you like what you see at our showroom...

  1. We will come to your home and see the project area first hand.
  2. We will discuss the feasibility of the planned project and gather the information needed for estimating.
  3. Our designers will help you formulate your ideas and requests into a conceptual plan.

The Estimate Phase:

  1. From the conceptual plan, we will assemble a preliminary estimate for your project at no cost.
  2. We will meet with you in our showroom, and review the conceptual plan and the estimate.
  3. When we find the conceptual plan and estimate range that meets your needs, we offer complete design services, product selection and specification & drafting services through our Project Development Program. Please see the Design section for more information.
