Steven L. St. Onge, CGR, CAPS - is founder and President of R.I. Kitchen & Bath. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the field and has earned the designation of CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) from the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Remodelers Council. Steve is one of only 2000 professional remodelers nationwide who has attained the CGR certification.

Steve has also earned the designation CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist).

This certification requires both industry experience and completion of a rigorous series of educational courses. The CAPS program is designed to assist our aging citizens make modifications to their existing homes to allow them to stay in their own homes longer. It also takes into consideration the concept of Universal Design where modifications can be done not only benefit an older person but anyone using the space.

In addition to his years of experience, Steve has successfully completed many of the NKBA design courses for both Kitchen & Bath Design. He regularly attends national conferences and has presented a seminar on Kitchen & Bath project management at the National Kitchen & Bath Conference in Chicago in 1999. Steve's experience and creativity is a driving force behind every project at R.I. Kitchen & Bath.
